Privacy policy
A clear explanation of what information this site uses and what happens when you contact Delaux.
Information you provide
The project inquiry runs in your browser. It uses the answers you enter to prepare a message in your device’s default email app. Delaux does not receive that message unless you choose to send it. The inquiry may include your name, work email, website, business stage, revenue range, goals, and preferred next step.
If you send an inquiry, Delaux receives the details in its email inbox and may use them to respond, review fit, discuss a project, and manage a resulting client relationship. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Payments and outside services
The deposit button opens a QuickBooks payment page in a new tab. If you use it, payment information is submitted directly to Intuit/QuickBooks and is handled under its terms and privacy practices. Delaux does not receive your full payment card details through this website.
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts and a Delaux logo image from Shopify’s content delivery network. Those providers may receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser request, when your device loads their resources. Their own privacy notices govern their services.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The current site does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or a cookie banner, and the inquiry answers are not saved in browser storage. Hosting and external service providers may process technical data needed to deliver their services. If these site features change, this policy will be updated.
How information is used and kept
Information sent by email is used to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to coordinate the engagement. Delaux keeps email correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, business records, and legal obligations, then deletes or de-identifies it when practical.
Delaux does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers you choose to use (such as your email provider or QuickBooks) or when disclosure is required by law.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to send an inquiry or use the payment link. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have sent to Delaux, email Delaux.support@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as the site or its services change. The date above shows the latest revision. Questions about privacy can be sent to Delaux.support@gmail.com.
