Terms of use
These terms cover use of the Delaux website. Project scope and payment terms are set separately in writing.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about Delaux and inquire about its services. Please use it lawfully, do not interfere with its operation, and do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
Website content and interactive studies
Text, design, branding, and other original material on this site belong to Delaux or its licensors and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission. Interactive studies are illustrative demonstrations of possible design approaches. They are not client work or a promise that a particular feature, result, or implementation will be delivered.
Project inquiries and engagements
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee that Delaux will accept a project. Any project is governed by a separate written agreement describing its scope, schedule, fees, deliverables, and other applicable terms. That agreement controls if it conflicts with this website’s general information.
Deposit link
The site currently offers an optional $5,000 deposit payment through QuickBooks. As stated on the inquiry page, payment alone does not guarantee a place or project start, and the deposit is intended to go toward the project investment subject to acceptance and agreed terms. The payment is processed by Intuit/QuickBooks under its own checkout terms.
Before paying, contact Delaux to confirm acceptance, how the deposit will be applied, and the specific cancellation and refund terms for your proposed engagement. Those terms are not defined by this website. A written engagement agreement, and any mandatory rights under applicable law, govern.
Third-party services and availability
This site may link to third-party services, including QuickBooks. Delaux does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or terms. The site and its content may change or become unavailable without notice.
Disclaimer and liability
Website content is provided for general information and is not professional, financial, or legal advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Delaux makes no warranties about the site’s uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
